Production process of PREFAB houses

Strength graded, planed and dried timber material is pre-cut based on the engineers specifications element by element. 

Timberframe structures are assembled on working tables using high quality fasteners. 

Insulation materials, wind and vapor barriers and the rest of the materials are installed layer-by-layer based on the engineers drawings on horizontal working tables.

Quality control is carried out to each element and results are registered to quality management manual of the project. 

Final finishing touches to the elements before packing and loading. 

Elements are packed to avoid from weather and during transport.
